We are delighted to announce that the nineth edition of the Latin American Pesticide Residue Workshop will be held in person from May 21st to 24th, 2023 in Panamá City. Also, pre- and post-workshop short courses will be offered.

LAPRW 2023 will be hosted and co-organized by the Ministerio de Desarrollo Agropecuario MIDA Panamá and supported by Organismo Internacional Regional de Sanidad Agropecuaria (OIRSA).

This 9th LAPRW edition will be different than our usual workshop, because after the difficult COVID-years, returning to the personal scientific exchange will undoubtedly further enrich the interactions.

During the 3-days workshop, we will have invited lectures from experts and young scientists, as well as other submitted presentations, vendor sessions, poster sessions, and discussions. The scientific program will be complemented by pre- and post-workshop courses about the most recent and state-of-the-art topics of pesticide residues analysis and a great exhibition of analytical instrumentation, laboratory equipment, and supplies. The complete program of activities will allow you to fully benefit from exchange of information about all aspects of pesticide residue analysis and related topics, such as QA/QC, monitoring, risk assessment, and toxicology.

Lectures, posters, oral presentations and vendor seminars will have the same degree of high-quality as the previous successful editions of LAPRW in Brazil 2007, Argentina 2009, Uruguay 2011, Colombia 2013, Chile 2015, Costa Rica 2017, Brazil 2019 and the Online 2021 version.
